The conference fee includes: book of abstracts, coffee/refreshments ad lunches marked in the program, conference bag, get-together party and serving during the poster sessions.
Accomodation is not included in the fee. You must reserve your hotel rooms separately.
If the registration is cancelled before March 31, 2010 an administration fee of EUR 50 will be subtraced from the reimbursed symposium fee. No refund will be given for cancellations after that date.
