N.B. You may upload your presentation in advance so that it can be tested in the lecture halll before the conference.This requires that you login using your e-mail adress and your personal password.
The program committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts and choose the presentations.
The session chairperson is expected to contact the speakers of the session in advance and familiarize them with the presentation techniques. There will also be present an on-site technician who can help with the presentation technique.
The speakers should note that the conference site offers standard AV equipment including an overhead projector and a data beamer. A Windows XP computer is available. It can handle Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (both the 97-2003 and 2007 formats), and Adobe PDF files. The presentations should be brought on a USB memory stick or a CD to the conference information desk for for uploading and testing no later than 30 min before the session starts. Use of microphone is strongly recommended.
There will at all times be a technical help person in the lecture hall who will advice if any technical problems arise.
The time reserved for the plenary lectures is 50 min, including discussion. The time for submitted talks is 20 min, including discussion. The green light will change to yellow when the speaker has 5 min left and to red when the time is over. After 3 min overtime there will be a sound signal which should not cause any permanent hearing loss.
The speakers must submit an abstract. Please check the instructions.
The speakers may submit an article to be considered for publication in the proceedings.
