Instructions for abstract authors

Deadline for submitting abstracts is March 31, 2010. The status of your abstract may be followed at this site. By submitting an abstract for consideration the author(s) agree to the publication.

By April 15, 2010, the authors will be informed whether they have an oral or a poster presentation.

Both submitting an abstract and checking its status require that you login to the system.

Please observe the following guidelines:

• We accept abstracts only as MS Word or OpenOffice files.
• We accept abstract submissions only via these web pages.
• The language of the abstracts must be English.
• The abstract must fit on one page.
• Please use Times New Roman12 points font. The size will be reduced for printing and a smaller fonts will be difficult to read.
• Submitted files are published as they are.
• Please follow the layout in the model below.
